Springfield Clinic Sports Medicine is offering free sports physicals for athletes on May 13, 2026, from 7:00 - 8:00 AM! Sports physicals are open for all incoming 10th, 11th & 12th graders for the 2026–2027 school year. Completed physicals are to be signed by a parent/guardian and returned to the athletic office no later than Friday, May 8. Blank physical forms may be picked up in the Athletic Training Room or the GHS Athletic Office.
